How It Works
From digital design to finished part — a straightforward process from quote to production.
Whether you need a single custom item, a prototype, a functional part or a small production run, we'll guide you through the process.
1. Tell Us What You Need
Tell us what you're looking to make, how it will be used and how many you need.
You don't need to know which material or printing process is right for your project. Give us as much information as you can and we'll help determine the best approach.
Useful information includes:
- What the part is
- What it will be used for
- Quantity required
- Any specific dimensions or requirements
- Your preferred material, if known
- Photo's or reference images, if available
2. Send Your Design
If you already have a 3D model, send it to us along with your requirements. We'll review the design and assess its suitability for FDM 3D printing.
Common file formats:
- STL
- 3MF
- STEP / STP
- OBJ
Don't have a 3D model? That's okay. Tell us what you're looking to make and we'll discuss the best way forward
3. We Review Your Project
We'll review your requirements and design, recommend a suitable material and confirm any important considerations before providing your quotation.
We'll consider:
- Material
- Part requirements
- Quantity
- Print suitability
- Estimated production time
We'll provide a clear quotation before any work begins.
4. We Produce Your Parts
Once you've approved the quotation, we'll prepare your job for production and manufacture your order using our FDM 3D printing equipment.
